Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50 USD. Orders valued at under $50 USD have a flat shipping rate of $5.
All of our orders will likely spend time in the customs for the country where the shipment arrives. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs.

In our experience, we have never had a case where customers had to pay for customs. This should be the case for most countries. However, this may change depending where you are located and the quantity that you are ordering. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. For this reason, we are not able to provide custom clearance estimates.
To protect both the customer and ourselves as a merchant, we offer refunds on items within 30 days of *receiving* order at the destination, as well as items that arrive in a defective state. For defective items, photo and/or video evidence are to be submitted to our support team at email@example.com Once the submission has been received and verified, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to our at the address that we will be providing you with.
