WHERE IS YOUR COMPANY LOCATED?

Our headquarters are located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We collaborate with our artists, designers, and manufacturers overseas to bring you designs that are as closely aligned to Japanese and Asian culture and traditions as possible. 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO TAKE?

Each product will have a size chart that you may refer to. Be sure to refer to this size chart when making your selection as our products follow standard Japanese sizing. Japanese sizing typically runs smaller than standard American Sizing,

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50 USD. Orders valued at under $50 USD have a flat shipping rate of $5.

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE TO ME OKAY?

All of our orders will likely spend time in the customs for the country where the shipment arrives. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs.

WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

The currency converter on the bottom left will allow you to checkout in the specified currency that you have selected. 

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and also Paypal.

IS CHECKOUT SAFE AND SECURE?

You can be absolutely sure that all purchases made through our payment portal are safe and secure. All payments are processed through Stripe or Paypal.

IF I ENTER MY EMAIL ADDRESS WILL YOU SELL MY INFORMATION?

We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS?

In our experience, we have never had a case where customers had to pay for customs. This should be the case for most countries. However, this may change depending where you are located and the quantity that you are ordering. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. For this reason, we are not able to provide custom clearance estimates.

I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY ORDER, CAN I PLACE A REFUND?

To protect both the customer and ourselves as a merchant, we offer refunds on items within 30 days of *receiving* order at the destination, as well as items that arrive in a defective state. For defective items, photo and/or video evidence are to be submitted to our support team at info@inkedinculture.com Once the submission has been received and verified, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to our at the address that we will be providing you with.
