If for whatever reason you decide you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, to see how the product may be returned for the original order value. 


Criteria listed below must be satisfied to be eligible for a refund: 

- Email info@inkedinculture.com within 30 days of receiving order 

- Attach original receipt or screenshot of receipt to show proof of ownership

- Product to be in same condition as originally received

- Product to be sent back with original packaging

- If product is damaged, please send photo and/or video submission of damages


Product must be shipped to us with valid tracking number; shipping fees will be in the responsibility of the customer. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received and inspected the product, and also notify you of whether your request was approved.Upon approval, a refund will be processed in our system. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original method of payment.

CANCELLATION & CHANGE REQUESTS


If you need to make changes to your order, please email info@inkedinculture.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes.In your email, please indicate:- Original order number- State whether you are cancelling, or making a change to size/color.Please ensure that you provide accurate information to avoid further delays and/or disappointment. If your order has already been processed and/or shipped we will no longer be able to make changes or cancellations. After 24 hours, we are no longer able to do any changes or cancellations.
