The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging. As we are a small boutique store with high order volume, orders take about 3 to 4 business days to process. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed the following business day.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Depending on the volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out as soon as possible! We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice is the quality of our products. We genuinely thank you in advance for your understanding.
Due to the impacts of COVID-19 Coronavirus, it is important to note that logistics and shipping times have been greatly affected. With the considerable global reduction in flights, the consequence is that commercial shipments, cargo operations as well as small parcel shipments have been greatly hindered. We have also recently experienced higher holding times during customs. Although this is not apparent for all orders, it is possible that some orders may be further delayed due to customs.
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to make changes or cancellations. Please ensure that you selected the correct size and color to avoid further delays and/or disappointment. After 24 hours, we are no longer able to accept any changes or cancellations.
